The Franklin County Industrial Foundation meets Quarterly on the second Friday of the first month in the quarter, 9 a.m. in the board room of First National Bank, Mount Vernon.

The Executive Committee meets the first Thursday of each month at noon in the board room of First National Bank, Mount Vernon.
