| The Franklin County Commissioners Court meets in County Courtroom of the Franklin County West Courthouse Annex, 208 S. Hwy. 37 in Mount Vernon, 9 a.m., each second and fourth Monday of the month.Occasional conflicts with district court cases cause the meetings to be moved to the council chambers of the Mount Vernon City Hall on the west side of the square in downtown.
