The Franklin County Arts Alliance Board of Directors meetings are conducted at 5:15 pm. on the second Tuesday of each month in the Cultural Arts Center. The Center is located on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Rusk and Dallas streets, one block west of the courthouse in downtown Mount Vernon. |
