This year's Agnes Burns Keyboard Concert will feature Steven Harlos 7:30-10 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at the Mount Vernon Music Hall. 

Staff keyboardist for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Steven Harlos is chair of the division of keyboard studies at the University of North Texas in Denton.

Steven Harlos will recreate a 1939 recital by piano virtuoso Ignacy Jan Paderewski attended by Mrs. Agnes Burns at State Fair Music Hall in Dallas with works by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven and Chopin.

Tickets are $10 for Mount Vernon Music Association members, $15 for non-members, and $5 for college students with valid student ID. Children’s admission through high school is free; however, those eighth grade and younger must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
