The City of Mount Vernon will conduct a reception from 2-4 p.m. Friday, March 8.
The dual purpose event will welcome the new city administrator and say thank you to the interium administrator. Everyone is invited to attend.
The new administrator Tony Stonecypher and his wife, Kelly, will be on hand for the event. Everyone is invited to stop by to meet him and welcome the couple to the community.
It will be the last official day of service for interium administrator Eddie Turner. Members of the council expressed their appreciation for his commitment and service to the city. Citizens are urged to make their acknowledgements at the reception. |
