Film fest highlighted student, independent filmmaker talent

The Northeast Texas Community College’s feature film, Wright Patman - The  Last Populist was presented. Two short films, On the House, a Zapman Productions/DFS Productions film, and Kissed by the Devil, a King and Brown Enterprises/Poorchild Film, were shown.
