Descendants of Jim and Nancy Rhoades will gather for their annual reunion at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 7 at the Good Hope Primitive Baptist Church.

Library’s “Bubble Day” is June 6

The eighth annual “Bubble Day” sponsored by the Franklin County Library and the Friends of the Franklin County Library, has been set for 10 a.m. Friday, June 6 on the downtown plaza.

Bethel memorial service planned

A memorial service for the Bethel Cemetery will be at 10 a.m. Sunday, June 1. Bro. Larry Glossip will be the guest speaker. The service will include gospel singing led by Sharon Stroman.

Hagansport Cemetery Assn. sets homecoming, work day

The annual Hagansport Cemetery Homecoming will be Sunday, June 8. In preparation, a workday at the cemetery has been set for Saturday, May 31 for those who want to make certain their families’s graves are clean and in good condition.
