The Franklin County American Association of Retired Persons Chapter 3703 will meet at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23 at the Senior Citizens Center.

Hunter safety course scheduled at school

A course in hunter education is scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, September 29 and 30 and October 1. The 10 hour course will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. every night in the Mount Vernon High School Agricultural Building.
