Festival adds spice to rodeo weekend

A parade, bean feed, mini-concert and a dance will add spice to a fun packed rodeo weekend in Franklin County. The festivities will begin Saturday, August 30 with a parade through downtown at 11 a.m.

Cowgirl chicks to return to Labor Day Weekend Rodeo
