NTCC offers free GED and ESL classes in Mount Vernon

The Adult Education Department at Northeast Texas Community College will offer free General Education Development (GED) and ESL (English as a Second Language) classes in Mount Vernon this spring.

  GED classes will be held at the Franklin County Library and ESL classes will be held at Mount Vernon Intermediate School in Room 501. Students interested in attending classes must enroll in a 12-hour orientation session. The GED orientation will be held January 14, 15, 21, and 22 from 9 a.m. 12 p.m.  Please call 903-537-4916 for information about the GED orientation. The ESL orientation will be held January 14-16 from 4-8 p.m. Please call 903-537-3402 ext. 3232 for information about the ESL orientation. The Adult Education Department is a division of the department of Outreach Services at NTCC.
