A retrospective exhibit of the varied styles and media used by nationally recognized local artist Dean Teague  will be on display at the Old Fire Station Museum. The exhibit opening will be marked by a reception honoring the late artist’s family from 5-7 p.m. Friday, April 17. Art in all forms will delight the eyes and ears during the two days of 2009 April Arts events. The events are sponsored annually by the Franklin County Arts Alliance at the Cultural Arts Center. Jakobi Kennedy and Mareli Castro eye the finish line of the sack race at the annual Easter in the Park Celebration. More than 200 children participated in the event that included sack races, other games, and an egg hunt on Saturday, April 11 at Tiger Stadium.
