Hot food and even hotter music will be on the menu during the second annual Chili Cook-off and Bluegrass Festival at the Alamo Mission Museum on Saturday, April 25.The Lonesome Prairie Bluegrass band will make a return visit to the festival. A crowd favorite in 2008, the band performed for the more than 160 people who attended the event. Members of the Alamo Mission Museum’s board are anticipating increased attendance this year.See the April 9 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
