The youth at the Lake Cypress Springs Baptist Church have planned a brisket fund-raiser for 8 a.m. Saturday, May 23 at the church. Brisket will be available for sale by the sandwich, by the sandwich basket with chips and a drink, by the pound, or half or whole briskets. All the proceeds from the event will go towards sending the youth to church camp. The church is located at 6611 FM 115, just north of the King’s Country entrance gate. Everyone in the community is encouraged to attend the event to help the youth.
