The second of a series of activities conducted as a part of the Summer Enrichment Program at the Franklin County Library is set for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 9 in the First National Bank - Century Room. Daryl Miller will present a balloon workshop. He will demonstrate how to create various critters, flowers, and swords with ballons. The event is for students ages eight and up and is limited to 30 participants. Anyone interested in signing up their child should call the library at 903-537-4916.
