Joe and Kathy Copeland will present the Water Beetle Cherokee programs to weave history, music and tribal stories into presentations, which should be both entertaining and educational. The programs will be, Thursday, July 29 at no cost to the public. The programs are a collaborative effort between the Franklin County Historical Association (FCHA) and Franklin County Library.
