Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The third in a series of the 2010 Plaza Concerts will feature the popular music of the locally based Big Woods Band. The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Ambassadors will host the concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19 on the downtown plaza. The Big Woods Band is made up of four local musicians. Members of the band are Stuart and Charlotte Richey, Sharon Elliott, Ron Blocker, and  Bobby Hankins.
