The Austin Lounge Lizards  will provide entertainment for the 2010 Mount Vernon Music Gala season opening fund-raiser event. The gala will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday Aug. 28 in the Mount Vernon Music Hall at 402 Leftwich St.
Their music includes the conventional and non-conventional arrangements of pop, rock, bluegrass, and country music. The group features five-part vocal harmony and precision instrumental. The more than 30 year old association grew out of a song writing relationship between guitarists Conrad Deisler and Hank Card.
