Tablescapes, a creative and decorative table setting display and competition, is being planned by the Franklin County Arts Alliance. The event will be at the Cultural Arts Center Friday and Saturday, Nov.12 and 13. Exhibitors will design and execute their table décor, utilizing any materials they please on any theme they choose.
