The deadline to register to enter the TableScapes competition sponsored by the Franklin County Arts Alliance is fast approaching. The creative and decorative table setting display and competition will be held at the Cultural Arts Center from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov.12,  and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13.  See the Nov. 4 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information on the event.
