Jackie Stempel claimed first place honors in the Franklin County Arts Alliance’s TableScapes competition. An old fashioned quilt provided the base for the entry “Sunday in the Park”. The setting was complete with a book for leisurely reading and an easel and paint brushes for an afternoon of painting.
