A reception will open the sixth annual Miniature Art Show at The Frame Up and Fine Arts Gallery on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 3 to 5 p.m. There are a total of 35 entries in sizes 8 x 10 inches or smaller that were completed by artisans in the local area.
