Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The circus is coming to town March 21. This year the Carson and Barnes Circus will help finance construction at the Franklin County Sports Complex. There will be a 4:30 p.m. and a 7:30 p.m. performance. The county is sponsoring the circus performances in hopes of raising up to $10,000 in additional funds for the construction at the sports complex.
