The fourth annual Chili and Bluegrass event is planned for Saturday afternoon and evening on the  Alamo Mission museum’s grounds. Trades Day starts at 9 a.m.; a flag retirement ceremony conducted by Boy Scout Troop 271 will be at 1 p.m.;  Kenneth Cason Memorial Tractor Show starts at 9 a.m.; and local talent will be featured intermittently throughout the day.
