The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce announced the return of the Plaza Concert series for 2011.
Gary and Diane Jones will be the featured performers for the first concert set for 7 p.m. Thursday, June 16. They will be joined by his son, J.R.
“The guys all play guitar, and I play the violin, but it is called a fiddle when I play with the guys,” Mrs. Jones said. The group plays a variety of country, rock and roll, and Texas music. See the June 9 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information.
