Members of the Mount Vernon Rotary Club, David and Josephi Jackson will be hosts for the barbecue, which will begin at 7 p.m.  on Friday, April 17. Franklin County emergency workers and their families will be honored with a cookout the evening before the Cypress SpringFest and Tour de Cypress Bike Race on Saturday, April 18.
