“Mark Twain Speaks” will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday, June 22 at the Mount Vernon Music Hall, 402 Leftwich St. in Mount Vernon. The Franklin County Historical Association is bringing nationally known actor Jerry Biggs to the local stage for the one-man show.
