A call is out for local area artists to create saleable art from old jewelry. The Franklin County Arts Alliance (FCAA) will conduct a materials selection for those who would like to participate between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 27.  For more information, see the July 19 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
