Paul Lovier, local county judge and founding member of the Northeast Rural Rail Transportation District, provided a history of local area railroad development.
He spoke in person and on video to more than 40 members of the Franklin County Historical Association at their regular bi-monthly meeting and covered dish dinner Monday night, Sept. 3.
