Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The City of Mount Vernon will conduct an Arbor Day celebration  from 3:45 to 5 p.m. Friday, April 24. The event will be centered around the pavilion at Little Creek Park, located off Jackson St. Parking is available along the street as well as parking areas inside the park.
