Sam Ramsey’s award winning 55-minute film titled The Photographer will be featured at a “Black Tie Premier” showing by the Franklin County Arts Alliance. The film will be shown at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21 in the Cultural Arts Center. The evening will also spotlight short videos by Donna McFarland and Liz Etheridge.
