Bakeoff funds dedicated to Meals on Wheels
Profits collected through the Mount Vernon Key Club’s annual Spring Bakeoff were dedicated to the Meals on Wheels Program in Franklin County.
Seminary Chorus to perform locally
The Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary Choir will present the “Love Divine” concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 7 at the Grace Lutheran Church.
Heroes eligible for door prizes at dinner
Emergency personnel attending the April 16 Heroes Barbecue will be eligible for a variety of door prizes this year.
Franklin County emergency workers and their families will be honored with a cookout the evening before the Cypress SpringFest and Tour de Cypress Bike Race.
Black Onyx fish fry set for scholarships
A fish fry fund-raiser is set for Saturday, April 10 to collect funds for the Black Onyx Club’s Scholarship Fund for Mount Vernon youth.
