Christmas Village exhibit to open
An exhibit of Department 56 Christmas and Snow Village sets will be on display in the freight room of the Old Depot Museum throughout the holiday season. A special opening for the exhibit is planned from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, the day after Thanksgiving. For more information, see the Nov. 19 edition of the Optic-Herald.
Winfield plans Christmas Parade
Members of the Winfield Volunteer Fire Department are seeking entries for their annual Christmas Parade. The parade will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12 in downtown Winfield.
