The Rev. Dr. LaVelle Hendricks will be guest speaker for the second annual Heritage Scholarship Banquet at 6:30 p.m. Friday June 5. The banquet is to celebrate black heritage and the accomplishments of youth who will be receiving the second round of scholarships from  the Black Onyx Club and community.
