The American Association of Retired Persons Chapter 3703 is having an ice cream social and Bingo game starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 23 at the Senior Meal Center at 208 Taylor St., one block west of the Courthouse.
Program Chairman Ellen Leslie will see that ice cream is served and that all members enjoy playing bingo and getting prizes. President Sid Leslie will preside, and a member who has made an outstanding contribution in the field of volunteering will be nominated for the National AARP Andrus Award.
