Rusty and Michelle Damron were presented with a framed resolution honoring them for saving a failing swimmer at Lake Cypress Springs on June 16, 2009. The resolution was pass by the Franklin County Water District’s Board of Directors Tuesday, July 21. Board president Tim Philhower made the presentation.
