Let’s Go Rodeo! has become the mantra of Mayor J. D. Baumgardner recently and his infectious excitement is stirring up the Franklin County community.
The annual events of mutton bustin’, queen crowning, rodeo clowning, and animal riding, will be centered at the rodeo arena. A slew of activities are planned around the downtown plaza. These activities will include a beard and mustache contest, a street dance, a parade through downtown, and a concert on the plaza with chuck wagon beans and kids activities.
