Cypress Basin Hospice is currently seeking volunteers. Anyone interested in becoming a hospice volunteer should attend an informational meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18 at the hospice office located at 207 Morgan St. in Mount Pleasant. The meeting will show people how easy it is to become a hospice volunteer. It will help people learn how to help their friends, family, and neighbors.
