More than 400 participants have signed up to join the fun at the seventh annual Handicapable Rodeo on Friday, Oct. 16 at the Duke Arena.
The event begins at 9 a.m. and will wind down around 1:30 p.m. after a lunch of hot dogs, chips, cookies, soft drinks, ice cream, and sno-cones. See the Oct. 14 edition of the Optic-Herald for details on participating and volunteering.
