Marilyn Elbert will present the program for the 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27 meeting of the American Association of Retired Persons group at the Senior Citizen Meal Center at 208 Taylor St. in Mount Vernon. Mrs. Elbert, who serves as the president of the school board at Mount Vernon ISD, will discuss the programs and events that take place at Mount Vernon ISD.
