Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Costume honors in the large business category went to Mission Manor Nursing Home. The group dressed in a 1960s theme and portrayed skits of travelers going to Woodstock and participating in a concert. Employees and residents were dressed in tie-dyed shirts.
