Members of the Mount Vernon Girl Scout Cadet Troop 3616 served as hosts for the annual Juliette Lowe Birthday Party and Fashion Show on Tuesday, Oct. 27. The event is conducted every year by girl scouts in many places around the world in honor of Mrs. Lowe’s birthday. Mrs. Lowe was the founder of Girl Scouts.
