Joseph Martin’s photo of a waterfall cascading over a rock, won first place in the places and things catergory of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald Photo Contest. He received a $15 prize for his entry. Finalists in this year’s contest are featured in this week’s edition of the Optic-Herald.
