Donattions are still being accepted to add to the wreath being given away as a fund-raising project by the Franklin County Library. Funds raised with the wreath give-away will help fund “The Vault” project at the Franklin County Library. The area of the building formerly used as a vault in the days the building was a bank is to be renovated, according to Lisa Lawrence, library director.
