Rotary Club President Ann Holland presents Michelle Woodruff of Titus County Cares with a check for the Blessings in a Backpack program. The local Rotary Club received a grant from Rotary District 5830 and matched it with local funds for the $2,620 contribution. The program provides backpacks filled with food for the weekend each Friday to 110 students at Mount Vernon ISD.
