Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A full slate of activities is planned for the annual Christmas Festival in Mount Vernon on Saturday, Dec. 5. The activities include the 70th annual Christmas parade, vendor booths, a chili cook-off, a toy hunt on the plaza, pictures with Santa, animated holiday windows, and business open houses.
