The Christmas For All Toy program is helping 129 Franklin County families with 362 children have a brighter 2009 holiday season. The toys only portion of the Christmas For All program was to be distributed  from the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center’s south lobby. Distribution was scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16. See the Dec. 17 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
