Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A Service of Light in the Midst of Darkness  is planned at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, in the sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church, Mount Vernon. Church members will be hosts for a service for those who are sad, depressed, alone, or who have lost a loved one, and their friends. See the Dec. 17 edition of the Optic-Herald for more details.
