Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Marilyn L. Russell of Midland, Tex., and a member of Franklin County Genealogical Society since 2002, was the winner of the Franklin County Genealogical Society’s quilt fund-raiser. Society member Charlene Donaghue of Mount Pleasant donated the quilt, which was made by her mother, as a fund-raiser. See the Jan. 21 edition of the Optic-Herald for more information.
