The Franklin County Library is going to be the host for a “Celebrate Spring with a Green Fling” event on Wednesday, March 17 on the square. Members of the community are encouraged to attend the event at 10 a.m. to plant flowers on the square. Refreshments will be served throughout the event to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
