Members of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, community members, friends and family gathered to support Ronnie and Pamela Barnard as they cut the ribbon while their daughters, Abigail, Alyvia, and Amelya hold the ends. The Yellow Rose Flower and Gifts is located on the north side of the square at 107 Dallas St. The business is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The shop carries both fresh and silk flowers plus a variety of gifts.
